Press "Get Fit To Ride" Colorado Tack Store Tour
Starting with
Saturday's in August Mary will present rider fitness demonstrations
and exercises as well as discuss gender differences and how they
affect riding at tack stores in the Denver, CO area. Initially
the tour includes Brighton's Feed and Saddlery in Brighton, CO;
Losson's in Applewood, CO; and Paul's Harness Shop in Colorado
Springs.
All appearances
are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free admission. Book signing, Equestrian
Ball and Band demonstrations, exercises specific to the female
equestrian.
